Refund and Returns Policy

At SilkSlee, we want you to love your luxury silk sleepwear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free **returns and refund policy** is here to help.

## Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
– Return must be requested within **14 days** of delivery.
– Items must be **unused, unwashed, and in original condition** with tags attached.
– Due to hygiene reasons, **used sleepwear cannot be returned**.

## How to Return a Product

To start a return, email **support@silkslee.com** with:
– Your order number
– The item(s) you wish to return
– Reason for return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

## Refunds

– Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an update.
– Approved refunds will be issued within **5–10 business days** to your original payment method.
– Original shipping fees are **non-refundable**, unless due to a mistake on our part.

## Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a faulty or incorrect product? Contact us immediately at **support@silkslee.com** with photos. We’ll make it right.
